Is Our Vestibular Program Right for You?

If you’re dealing with dizziness, vertigo, or balance issues, you’ve probably already tried to get answers.

Maybe you were told it’s “just vertigo.”
Maybe you were given medication and sent home.
Maybe you were shown the Epley exercise — or told to wait months to see a specialist.

This page exists to help you decide whether our vestibular program is the right next step for you — before you book anything.

This page is designed for people who have already started learning about vestibular rehab and want to know whether our approach fits their situation.

First, an Honest Clarification

We are not a general vertigo clinic.

Our vestibular program is designed for people who want:

  • Clear answers

  • A proper diagnosis

  • And a structured plan to get their life back

That also means it isn’t the right fit for everyone.

And that’s intentional.

This Program Is Likely Right for You If…

You’ll probably feel comfortable with our approach if:

  • You’re done guessing, Googling, and hoping symptoms resolve on their own

  • You want to understand why you’re dizzy — not just suppress it

  • You feel limited by symptoms like spinning, imbalance, or fear of movement

  • You want to drive, turn in bed, travel, and live normally again

  • You value expertise, precision, and individualized care

  • You’re willing to commit to a plan if it makes sense

Many of our patients come to us feeling relieved — not because their symptoms are gone yet, but because for the first time, someone is taking the problem seriously.

This Program Is Probably Not Right for You If…

We want to be just as clear here.

Our vestibular program is not a good fit if:

  • You’re looking for OHIP-covered care

  • You’re price-shopping and comparing clinics based on cost alone

  • You want a quick exercise without a proper assessment

  • You’re hoping for reassurance without a plan

  • You’re looking for free advice but don’t intend to commit to treatment

There are clinics that meet those expectations.
We’re simply not structured that way.

Why Our Approach Is Different

Dizziness and vertigo are complex. Treating them properly requires more than guessing.

Our team focuses on:

  • Careful assessment before treatment

  • Identifying the specific cause of symptoms

  • Using objective tools when needed — not assumptions

  • Customizing treatment instead of relying on one standard exercise

  • Coordinating care when additional providers are involved

This diagnostic-first approach is why other clinicians across Canada train with our team — and why we don’t rush people into care that isn’t appropriate.

About the Discovery Visit

Before anyone enters our vestibular program, we offer a Discovery Visit.

This is not treatment, and it’s not a sales call.

It’s a structured conversation designed to answer three questions:

  1. Can we clearly identify what’s likely contributing to your symptoms?

  2. Is this something our team is genuinely equipped to treat?

  3. Does our approach make sense for you and your goals?

Sometimes, that conversation alone brings relief and clarity.
Sometimes, it becomes the first step toward a personalized treatment plan.
And sometimes, we’ll tell you honestly that we’re not the right fit.

All three outcomes are acceptable.

One Final Thought

The people who do best in our vestibular program aren’t looking for the fastest or cheapest option.

They’re looking for the right one.

If that resonates with you, the Discovery Visit is there when you’re ready.
